AT is a coach, a writer and current Fitness Editor of Men’s Health Magazine who has been involved in the fitness industry for the last 18 years. As a certified breath coach, AT invites trainees to explore how mindfulness and manipulation of the breath can improve their performance, recovery and experience, both in, and out of the gym.
